Often called “The Science of Relationships and Community,” Restorative Practices is a social science that proactively builds healthy relationships and a sense of community to prevent and address conflict and wrongdoing.

Schools have adapted RP as a way to improve school climate and culture by addressing youth behavior and improving relationships between students, teachers and staff.

Skill-building activities help staff to understand and utilize the Social Discipline Window, the Compass of Shame, Fair Process, Affective Statements, Circles and more.

Organizations and industries looking to implement RP or RJ programming and services benefit greatly from experiential activities that bring these practices to life. The best way to understand RP and RJ is to experience the shift in thinking that comes from this type of personal interaction.
